I'm spending about 3 months in Ethiopia training.

I'm registered to run the Rock 'n' Roll half marathon in Portland, Oregon
on May 17, 2013.

I came to this country six years ago to work hard and achieve new goals as a professional elite runner.  I am excited that I will be eligible to become a U.S citizen in less than two years and I would be honored to represent USA in major running competitions.  

2012 Bix 7

I'm on the left side of the picture in the white top

Bix 7 is a 7 mile road race in Davenport, Iowa.  I didn't get registered as an Elite athlete so I entered into the Open division and traveled there at my own expense. I placed 9th!

2012 Bowerman AC 5k



Aissa Dghoughi won the Bowerman AC 5k run in a course record time 14:09.
